TriState Capital Bank, a commercial and private bank that serves middle-market businesses, has expanded its footprint in the Pittsburgh CBD with the leasing of its expansion space at 11 Stanwix Street. Brendan McManus and Michael Connor of HannaLWE are proud to have represented TriState, which will be taking over 22,000 SF on the 16th floor. TriState already occupies 46,000 SF of headquarter space at One Oxford Centre in which HannaLWE aided in their renewal in 2019. The expansion space will be used for operation capabilities while sales and administration will stay at One Oxford Centre. TriState’s increase in business with new and existing clients was the catalyst for the additional space need.
