NDC Asset Management purchased the nearly 40,000 SF 1133 Penn Avenue office building located at the entrance to the Strip District. NDC plans on occupying the 6th floor, joining other tenants; NEXT Architecture, Anderson Interiors, Mid-Atlantic Capital Group and Carlson Lynch, LLP, and thus making the entire building 100% occupied.  Gary Wilson, SIOR and Michael Connor of HannaLWE represented the buyer and NDC Management in the acquisition.
