Gamma Medical Center - A 15 Year Relationship

In 2005 at a little league baseball game, a group of physicians approached Gary Wilson with their desire to build a surgery center within a midrise office building near their home in Fox Chapel. The 30,000 SF vacant GMAC Loan Servicing Center was acquired and transformed into the Gamma Medical Center by Design 3 Architecture and A Martini & Company General Contractors. Gary brokered the building acquisition, served as development manager, and leased the building to the physicians utilizing the surgery center. Fast forward 15 years and Mike Connor, Gary Wilson, and Anthony Cost facilitated the $4.5 million investment sale in June 2021, as Newsweek had just named in “One of the Country’s Best Ambulatory Centers” in 2021. Mike Connor of Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis has been retained by the new building owner to handle future leasing as 6,700 SF is currently available…the relationship continues.
