Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis recently represented Family House in the sale of the non-profit organization’s 514 N. Neville Street facility in North Oakland. The purchasing entity was Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children (WPSBC), who plans to utilize the facility to further their mission of nurturing the unique abilities of individuals with blindness and visual impairment through educational excellence and a lifetime of learning.
