Julie Sabroff specializes in transaction management for corporate clients, including global portfolio management, strategic consulting, site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions. Julie also focuses on tenant representation and advisory services for local and regional clients. In Julie’s 25+ years in business, she has worked with a wide range of companies in professional and financial services, consumer products and manufacturing.
Before joining Hanna Commercial in 2011, Julie served in leadership, credit and business development roles at PNC Bank (formerly National City Bank). These included regional chief credit officer for Northeast Ohio Commercial Real Estate, where she was responsible for identifying and managing credit risks for a $1.0 billion loan portfolio, as well as oversight of its corporate appraisal department.
Prior to this role she was the Sales Manager of the Business Banking team for eastern-Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga Counties, where her team was consistently one of the corporation’s top producing groups, with deposits in excess of $350.0 million. She also spent a number of years in Debt Capital Markets, where she was responsible for financing middle-market leveraged buyouts, originating $390.0 million in senior debt commitments.

• She is Board Chair of Future Heights Community Development Corporation serving Cleveland Heights, served as a long-standing volunteer through the Community Meals Program at Calvary Presbyterian Church and has been the lead soloist for B’nai Jeshurun High Holiday Choir for the past seven years.
