Thomas L. Jelepis is a Vice President with Hanna Business Brokerage, providing business brokerage services throughout the Hanna company footprint.
Prior to his current position, Tom served in various capacities throughout his 30-year career, holding leadership and ownership positions for firms such as Agency Professionals, Coldwell Banker, Ostendorf Morris - Colliers, and Bass Ohio.
A former Councilman and Mayor of the City of Bay Village, Tom was Executive Director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, and was an 11-year member of the State of Ohio Athletic Commission, first appointment by Governor Taft and reappointed by Governor Strickland, serving as the Board's Chair for 4 years.
Tom also has served on numerous boards and commissions throughout his career, including United Way of Greater Cleveland, the Ohio Board of Realtors as a Director, the Cuyahoga County Mayors and Managers Association, the Council of World Affairs, and as co-founder of "Friends From The Start", a Foundation focused on providing support to individuals and their loved ones touched by cancer.
A Marine Corps Veteran, Tom is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Broker’s Association (IBBA), a Certified Business Broker (CBB), and a real estate broker in Ohio, Florida, and the District of Columbia, Tom is also a graduate of Leadership Cleveland, Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University.
Tom and his family reside in Bay Village, Ohio.
