Professional Experience
Tracy began her real estate career in 2001 buying, rehabbing and managing multi-family properties and is Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified, CIREC. Tracy brings two decades of marketing strategy and execution from her experience with Nestlé USA brand and shopper marketing roles where she managed new product development, organizational communication and analysis across key brand, sales and direct store delivery (DSD) collaborations, giving her first-hand knowledge of warehouse and distribution systems. Tracy represents all aspects of commercial real estate agency, specializing in multi-family and restaurants.

Tracy is a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) and Commercial, as well as a member of NYSCAR. Tracy has served as a Board of Trustee for the Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center and was Co-Chair for the NYS Rising Community Redevelopment Committee and currently serves as an Industry Advisor for the Northeast Film Makers Lab.

Tracy is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in Psychology and resides in The Village of Waterford, NY.
