Meagan specializes in commercial office and retail leasing with an emphasis on multi-tenant commercial buildings. She has a diverse background of over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential sale and leasing in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Professional Experience
During her professional career, Meagan has worked as a project manager, space planner and designer for several regional design firms and custom millwork manufacturers. She started with Howard Hanna’s Sewickley Office where she worked to design and market a 6 unit condominium conversion project in Sewickley, PA. She transitioned into commercial real estate as Leasing Manager for Gateway Center Complex from 2005-2012. Prior to joining Howard Hanna Commercial in 2013 (now Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis) Meagan also gained direct brokerage experience and formal training while working in the asset division of CBRE, Inc. as Vice President.

Meagan has most recently represented the owners for the following buildings: 1000 Gamma Drive, 453 Lowries Run Road, 993, 995-997 Greentree Road, The Clark Building (717 Liberty Ave), 1966 Clayton Ave (One Perry Place) and 1901 Mayview Road. She has also recently represented the following clients in their searches for new space; Hatch Mott MacDonald, Central Outreach Wellness, Dr. Matthew Conquest Oral Surgery, Liberty Roofing, Cartridge World, Ragged Row, EIS Solar, Terra Sim, Leonard Polk, and Boston Brace International. In the past, Meagan has represented the Serb National Federation as a dual agent and such firms as Wells Fargo Financial, Maya Design, Webb Law Firm, Gateway Health Insurance, Ryan Homes/Heartland Homes, Hatch Mott MacDonald, Kit Solutions, Maxim Healthcare, Positive Steps Physical Therapy and True Gymnastics. She implemented the sale of the following buildings; 1020 Ridge Avenue, 615 Iron City Drive and 771 Penn Avenue.
