Hanna Commercial Real Estate is proud to be affiliated with some of the leading real estate and auction organizations across the country, as well as membership associations close to home doing incredible things for realtors and their communities. We have also earned real estate designations that speak to our expertise, professionalism, and knowledge. Learn more about these organizations and designations below.
Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate. An auctioneer with the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation from the National Auctioneers Association has gone the 'extra mile' to ensure they offer the highest level of professionalism and the most up-to-date information when it comes to selling properties. Whether selling residential, agricultural, commercial, or industrial properties, AARE auctioneers have enhanced knowledge in all pertinent areas of real estate sales.
Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® (ACAR). The ACAR represents over 5,000 members involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. ACAR provides a variety of services to its members including continuing education, legislative advocacy, dispute resolution, enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, as well as membership in the Ohio Association of REALTORS® (OAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors designates individuals as CCIMs who have completed a rigorous course of study, passed written exams, and met other eligibility requirements based on their performance on actual transactions. Chainlinks Retail Advisors is the #1 retail brokerage network in North America. With over 52 offices, and more than 750 brokers covering the top MSAs, Chainlinks Retail Advisors completes more than 5,000 transactions each year, valued at more than $5 billion annually.
Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE). COSE, the small business division of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, is one of the nation's largest metropolitan chambers of commerce and serves as a one-stop resource for nearly 17,000 member companies.
CREW Network. Founded in 1989, CREW Network is the industry's premier business networking organization dedicated to advancing the achievements of women in commercial real estate. More than 10,000 CREW Network members represent nearly every discipline within the industry globally and have a presence in over 70 major markets across North America. CREW Network seeks to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by focusing on fulfilling four key initiatives: business development, leadership development, industry research, and career outreach.
Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA). The DCA has served ten years as the only organization focused exclusively on making Downtown Cleveland the region's most compelling place to live, work, and play. As an alliance, DCA does not work alone. DCA works with many allies—property owners, neighborhood partners, public officials, residents, commercial real estate professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, young professionals, foundations, and other civic leaders—to advance Downtown’s growth and development.
The Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP). The GCP is a membership association of companies in Northeast Ohio, with approximately 17,700 members. GCP is the largest private-sector economic development organization in Ohio and one of the largest metropolitan chambers of commerce in the nation.
The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 75,000 members in the U.S., Canada, and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers, and other professionals as well as academics and public officials.
The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). The NAIOP is the nation's leading trade association for developers, owners, investors, asset managers, and other professionals in industrial, office, and mixed-use commercial real estate.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The NAR is America's largest trade association, representing over 1.1 million members, including NAR's institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.
National Auctioneers Association (NAA). NAA member auctioneers are at the top of their field in the auction business. Ethical, accredited, and technology-savvy, NAA members are professionals well-versed in the psychology of selling. Their education, experience, and networking capabilities stimulate competition among bidders, securing you the highest price per sale.
RARE Connection. Hanna Commercial joined RARE Connection in 2022, becoming part of a global network of the top restaurant and retail real estate brokers across major metropolitan areas. As a RARE member, Hanna Commercial represents Northeast Ohio and Greater Cleveland.
The Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR). The OAR, Ohio’s real estate trade association, offers services to its members in addition to protecting private property rights for the public. Those member services include: lobbying state legislators on industry issues, research development, legal assistance (note: OAR does not offer legal assistance or answer questions of a legal nature to the public. If you have a legal concern or issue, please contact a real estate attorney), current real estate information and member discounts on products and services.
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). This division of the National Association of Realtors designates individuals with at least eight years of experience and demonstrated classroom and documented field experience in industrial or office real estate. The average active member has 20 years of experience and has satisfied rigid entrance requirements.
TCN Worldwide. TCN members have the ability to serve our client base as both tenant and owner representatives. Backed by years of experience working directly in corporate real estate, brokerage, and development, TCN professionals have the hands-on knowledge needed to assess client requirements and devise a comprehensive plan of action. TCN members match the financial, operational, and qualitative needs of clients with appropriate real estate opportunities by utilizing organized Professional Service Groups to better serve the complex needs of our clients in local, regional, national, and international markets.
The Turnaround Management Association (TMA). The TMA is a global non-profit organization of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals with more than 9,000 members in 52 chapters including 32 in North America.
