INFORMATION PACKAGE
We will prepare an informational package, including a site plan, a trade area map, fact sheet, aerial photo and complete demographics, for distribution to the appropriate national, regional and local retail prospects.
TECHNOLOGY
We will post the information package on commercial listing services such as LoopNet Xceligent, CoStar Group, as well as our own Hanna Commercial website. In addition, we will regularly broadcast blast the information via the internet to both the local brokerage community and prospective local and national tenants.
MARKET ANALYSIS
At the onset of the marketing campaign, we will prepare a complete market analysis, identifying the existing tenancy and specific market characteristics and trends in the trade area. A thorough list of potential qualified prospects will be compiled. We will work closely with mall ownership and endeavor to assist them with the redevelopment of the center. Our primary focus will be to attract another anchor tenant that would complement Wal-Mart.
PERSONAL CANVASS
Personal solicitation of retailers by our company will be undertaken by telephone, letter and personal visit. This canvass would cover the major metropolitan area and any logical national and regional prospects.
BROKER COOPERATION
We will cooperate with all retail brokers who represent qualified tenants and who have been authorized to submit the building. All promotional material developed for the property will be available to the brokerage community. We will offer the traditional fifty/fifty (50/50) split of commission to a broker able to produce a successful transaction and will monitor and control each and every situation.
SIGNAGE
Upon being appointed agent for the building, we will immediately order and install in front of the building, where permitted by law, a sign announcing the availability of the building for sale.
FOLLOW-UP
Once a prospect has been developed, regardless of the source, personal follow-up will be continued with the objective of successfully consummating a sale agreement.
CONFERENCES/CONVENTIONS
Our company personnel attend numerous national, regional and local retail conventions where we will continually expose and market the building to the appropriate retailers.
