Black Forge Coffeehouse Buys 701 Chartiers Avenue

The 6,400 SF former Chartiers Trust Bank building in the heart of McKees Rocks has been purchased by a local business, Black Forge Coffee House. With the help from a Kickstarter Campaign, the business partners who run the coffeehouse were able to raise enough money for a down payment towards the purchase of the building. They plan on spending around $35,000 on renovating the building that will be larger than their current location in the Allentown neighborhood. The building was most recently occupied buy Focus on Renewal, a community services agency. Anthony Cost of HLWE represented the seller, Focus on Renewal.
