Dominic Alan Janidas joined the Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis team in November of 2018. Originally licensed in 2006, he spent the last four years of his real estate career at Berkshire Hathaway, building up the commercial division of a top producing real estate team. Dominic has been surrounded by residential and commercial development for many years, which piqued his interest in multi-family projects and investment properties. He holds an MBA in marketing and a CCIM designation, which gives him a unique take on the business, and a dedication and commitment to creating the most professional experience possible for his clients.
Starting his commercial real estate career as a general practitioner, Dominic has worked on transactions ranging from selling train repair facilities and fire stations, to office buildings and multi-family investment properties, including work on a 220-unit apartment complex in Morgantown, WV. and a five story apartment building in a developing neighborhood in Pittsburgh, PA. During this time, Dominic focused on taking real estate broker classes and working his way through the CCIM program, building his portfolio and experience, in order to advance his knowledge of the industry. In October of 2018, Dominic earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation with the National Association of Realtors, and in March 2019, Dominic earned his Associate Broker's license.
