Sahab Muhammad joined Hanna Commercial in 2017 as a Sales Associate, bringing with him 10 years of retail, warehousing and distribution management and 3 years of Commercial Property and Business Insurance experience at Progressive Insurance.
Sahab specializes in the strategic analysis for the acquisition, holdings and disposition of commercial investment real estate. Those analyses include but are not limited to retail space acquisition, industrial site selection such as distribution and warehousing centers, multifamily investments such as the acquisition/disposition of adult care facilities, and office space acquisition/disposition.
Some of Sahab’s commercial real estate investor services include price evaluation and investment analyses including discount cash flow analysis, capital expenditures analysis, acquisition analysis for both taxable and non-taxable investors, hold versus dispose analysis and 1031 deferred tax exchange. Sahab also offers services related to commercial real estate users and tenants including gap analysis, location and site selection, lease analysis, leave versus purchase evaluation, lease buyout and sale-leaseback evaluation.
