Sean Wall brings over twelve (12) years of retail real estate experience in tenant representation and landlord representation throughout the Midwestern United States. Prior to joining Hanna Commercial (formerly Kelly & Visconsi Associates) in 2013, Sean was a retail broker for six (6) years at Colliers International, specializing in tenant representation in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. Additionally, he worked for Chicago-based developer, Tri-Land Properties, as a manager responsible for the leasing and redevelopment of over one million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Georgia.
Sean’s expertise is dedicated to the discipline of strategic planning and tenant representation, landlord representation, land assemblage, and site acquisition in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown). Sean is currently representing several retailers and restaurants, including Chase Bank, Cooper’s Hawk Winery, Cycle Bar, Dunkin Donuts, Gap Brands, Harbor Freight Tools, Mattress Warehouse, Mooyah Burgers Fries & Shakes, Old Navy, Top Golf, The Great Escape, among others. He is also responsible for marketing and leasing over two million square feet of new and existing shopping centers in Northeast Ohio for IRC Retail Centers, Visconsi Companies, Rini Realty, Cashy Inc., and several other property owners.
Sean graduated from Xavier University (‘03) in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a BSBA in Marketing. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Chainlinks Next Generation Committee.
