Sean Wall brings over fifteen (15) years of retail real estate experience in tenant representation and landlord representation throughout the Midwestern United States. Prior to joining Hanna Commercial (formerly Kelly & Visconsi Associates) in 2013, Sean was a retail broker for six (6) years at Colliers International, specializing in tenant representation in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. Additionally, he worked for Chicago-based developer, Tri-Land Properties, as a manager responsible for the leasing and redevelopment of over one million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout Illinois, Indiana,
Sean represents several retailers, service providers, and restaurants in their strategic site selection, store network planning, economic incentive opportunities, and contract negotiations. Some of Sean’s clients include: Chase Bank, Top Golf, Old Navy, AC Moore, Harbor Freight Tools, Oak Street Health, Dunkin’ Donuts, Uncle Julio’s, Giordano’s, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Naf Naf Grill, Honor Yoga, Cycle Bar, and several others. He is also responsible for marketing and leasing over one million square feet of new and existing shopping centers in Northeast Ohio. Sean graduated from Xavier University (‘03) in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a BSBA in Marketing. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Chainlinks network.
