David Miles joined Hanna Commercial in 2000 as a Facilities Supervisor/Building Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the facilities management of industrial, commercial and residential properties.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Dave oversees the daily operation of building systems in an industrial, medical and office environment, interacting with various levels of management to effectively resolve their needs.  Dave works with outside contractors on large scale electrical, plumbing and HVAC projects.  He also is responsible for obtaining bids and supervising building contractors and vendors with regards to cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal to ensure cost effectiveness and that special projects are completed with compliance to specifications and proper safety practices.  Dave has been involved with numerous properties in the Hanna Commercial portfolio including MCI Worldcom, LTV Steel Technology Center, Shorebank Enterprise Group Glenville, Collinwood, One GOJO Plaza, and Interventure Advisors, an 800,000 square foot industrial portfolio.  Dave is also the administrator for our computer managed maintenance system program.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Hanna Commercial, Dave worked as a Lead Engineer for Jones Lang LaSalle responsible for building systems and maintenance staff supervision of commercial, residential and industrial facilities.  Dave’s responsibilities included the operation and maintenance of chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, pneumatic control and pneumatic thermostat systems, wet and dry fire suppression, and various fire alarm systems as well as the day-to-day preventative maintenance of commercial property and routine building maintenance.

Dave began his facilities management career as a Lead Engineer for Old Cleveland Properties focusing on the daily maintenance of commercial and residential properties.
