In his 35-year real estate brokerage career, Gordon J. Greene, Manager of Accelerated Marketing of Hanna Commercial, has been one of the pioneers in implementing real estate auction strategy with such innovations as, the residential scattered site sale, offering of commercial properties at auction, and the national commercial auction format. Gordon has been involved in over 1,100 real estate auctions in 40 states, the provinces of Canada, as well as the Bahamas, yielding sales of commercial and unique real property in excess of $3.75 billion. Prior to joining Hanna Commercial, Gordon was the president of Sheldon Good & Co. Auctions, Inc., when headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
The National Association of Realtors awarded Gordon the prestigious Campbell Trophy for the most creative commercial real estate transaction in the nation for two consecutive years. Additionally, the National Auctioneers Association honored him with the Auction of the Year 2000 Award.
Gordon has represented a number of Ohio-based realty owners in auction offerings including Forest City Enterprises, Western & Southern Life Assurance, BP Oil, Smythe Cramer Realty and Realty One.
Gordon received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. He also taught Real Estate Auction Strategies for 20 years at the Missouri Auction School.
