Brian joined HannaLWE in March 2021 after spending three years working at the Murrysville Howard Hanna office. His primary focus at HannaLWE is industrial and suburban office. He also plans to pursue his interest in servicing developers and multifamily and net lease investment owners.

Professional Experience

Brian’s professional career began in 2001 as Operations Manager and Sales Associate with Gateway Packaging Corporation in Delmont, PA. At Gateway Packaging, his attention was on the creation and implementation of the plant's strategic and tactical plans to provide the focus and insight to drive the company forward. This would include reducing costs and inefficiencies while driving the sales team to increase the top line.

The entrepreneurial drive prompted Brian to open a small restaurant in 2011 in Latrobe, PA. Negotiating and then renegotiating the lease with the landlord was his first taste of commercial real estate. When the business became profitable, I sold it for nearly three times what he paid for it three years later.

He stayed with Gateway Packaging until 2019 when the business was sold. In the meantime, he pursued his passion for real estate and began working at Howard Hanna in 2018. He promptly realized that he had an appetite for commercial real estate. While working at Howard Hanna, he focused on servicing industrial, suburban office tenants and owners as well as multifamily owners.

Brian is a product of Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he attended Grove City College where he played football until an injury ended his career. He transferred to the University of Pittsburgh and focused on General Management studies.
