From 1967 to 1976, Mr. Williams, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, devoted 100% of his time to appraisal practice.
Mr. Williams joined Bill Green & Company in 1972 as head of the Appraisal Department. He remained with Bill Green & Company after it was acquired by LWE in 1990.
Properties appraised included, apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, motels, office buildings, vacant acreage, farms, drive-in restaurants, clubs, taverns, dairy plants, shopping centers, funeral homes, service stations, scrap yards, warehouses, industrial land and plants, and coal mine valuation.
From 1976 to the present, his time has solely been devoted to the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, and investment properties.
Mr. Williams is a 1959 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a Minor in Math, from Muskingum College. After college he served as an officer in the United States Navy. His professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Realtors Association, the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Boards, and Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Originally from Mt. Lebanon, Mr. Williams still resides there with his wife, also a life-time resident of Mt. Lebanon. Leisure activities include designing and building woodworking projects.
