Cleveland, OH 


Duties & Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to


  • Responsible for processing, tracking, and updating all listings in various programs and websites.
  • Processes and maintains accurate records of all real estate transactions, as required by the state and according to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services’ policies.  Accurately reports information to the Office Manager, sales agents, and marketing team.
  • Processes new listing paperwork, such as signed agreements, and listing forms.
  • Sends sign and miscellaneous requests to the appropriate Admin


  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate brokers/departments and greets incoming guests/visitors when needed
  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks such as processing & sending mail and faxes, picking up newspapers, scheduling conference room reservations, calling for delivery couriers, and scheduling drop-offs from outside vendors
  • Input contact information into our CRM for brokers, clients, and auctions


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional (“can do”) attitude when interacting with sales associates, clients, vendors, and co-workers
  • Has excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Excels when working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task – both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Project management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Organization and time management skills
  • PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Full time, 40 hours per week – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
